Elder-Led Healing Circles: Honouring Tradition, Restoring Balance

At One Arrow Cultural Lodge, healing is more than a concept — it is a living tradition guided by the wisdom of our Elders. Through Elder-Led Healing Circles, we invite guests and community members to reconnect with spirit, land, and self in a sacred and supportive space rooted in Indigenous culture.

Healing Circles are an essential part of One Arrow First Nation heritage — grounded in respect, listening, and the collective power of sharing. Led by respected Elders, each circle offers a safe and inclusive environment where participants can speak freely, reflect deeply, and receive cultural guidance.

“These circles help us remember who we are and where we come from,” says one of our Elders. “It’s not just about healing the individual, but healing the spirit of the whole community.”

Whether you're seeking personal growth, reconciliation, or simply a space to listen and learn, the Healing Circles offer a profound experience rooted in generations of knowledge, ceremony, and community care.

Sessions are held regularly at the Lodge and are open to all who come with an open heart and respectful spirit. Through song, prayer, storytelling, and silence, these gatherings bring healing not just for today — but for the generations ahead.
